A team of professional chefs will surprise you with a large variety of Russian dishes, cooked in accordance with the old traditions. We guarantee, at R.C. Ozernaya you will find your favorite pelmeni, vareniki, pancakes with blueberry jam, and patties with cowberry. And how many fish soup recipes do you know? Our chefs know at least nine!

For you to enjoy:

  • the Polite Moose restaurant, where you can order any dish from game or fish you caught by yourself
  • a refectory welcoming you with a hearty breakfast in the morning, filling lunch at noon and delicious dinner in the evening.

We are pleased to organize a picnic at the lake or at the cottage veranda, a feast by the fireplace, or prepare a barbecue for you. You can also buy homemade jam from cowberry, cranberry or blueberry and fresh honey from our own apiary.
